Bracelets change colour with time

Just like many others I also had a Pandora craze. Now it seems like it was a total waste of money....two of my bracelets have lost colour one silver one gone kind of black and the other silver bracelet is gone copper colour in less than two years. Yesterday i popped into the store at Mall of Africa to have the bracelets polished with hope that they become shiny again however I was turned away from the sales lady saying they don't do polishing anymore due to Covid. They suggested we use the polishing cloth and some cleaner which costs about 300 rand. Now I am sitting with two very ugly bracelets. Pandora only looks good in the shop shelves once you buy it they loose colour and is a wasted craze.
