Bracelet repair

Worst experience having a product repaired, handed in my bracelet on the 20 Aug only to be told after multiple visits by myself that the bracelet cannot be repaired on 21 Oct. I asked if i could purchase a new clasp- ball and have them attach it for me seen as a repair was not possible but was told they don't sell the clasps separately .... WHY NOT- I mean what were they expecting that I would purchase another bracelet on hearing this news!!! Lost a customer because you don't have the 1st clue to recover unhappy clients.
