Bad Service at Pandora

My daughter received 2 bracelets for her birthday and wanted to return one. As she missed the 30 day return policy date both Tygervalley and V& A stores refused her the opposite to return the bracelet. I do understand policy and procedure but logic should prevail in these circumstances. Definitely will not support this brand in future
