Bad service

Very dissapiontin service. I have orderd and paid my orders, but they send the wrong items, mush cheaper than I had paid for. After several email and phone calls no service. Calls not beeing answer and emails only an automatic reply but no help. Im on 2 weeks wiht no asssitantce.
