Bad service!!!
I was given a voucher for my birthday just over 3 years ago. We moved house and I lost the voucher( much to my disappointment). However, I found it a month ago and excitedly went off to Pandora to redeem it! They were very helpful, assisting me in choosing a charm, which was going to mean that I was going to have to pay in about R500 on top of the voucher! Once they realized that my voucher had expired, their attitude changed - the assistant became rude and defensive. Her manager hid around the corner and she kept having to go back and liaise with her! They eventually gave me the name if the company who issued their vouchers! I eventually managed to email the company, who told me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it!! It is TOO late!! I asked who then gets that money, after all they have gained interest over the 3 years, she told me Pandora get a percentage and they keep the rest!!! I find this unacceptable, it’s not as if the voucher has appreciated in value for me over the years, but actually means that Pandora would stand to gain more, because I would have to pay in, for any item I wanted to buy there!!! What’s happened to customer care??? Trying to go the extra mile???? It’s not about the amount of the voucher, R300, but rather the service!!!! This voucher was given to me from one of my children, with the intent of buying a charm for my bracelet to signify my grandson!!! This has left such a bitter taste in my mouth!!! Pandora cavendish Square, Cape Town - no wonder your store is so quiet - your customer service is appalling!!! Do disappointed!!!
