Bad customer service

I placed two orders in July, received the 2nd one first and waited more than three weeks for the first order. Several emails and calls made, but with no joy, they just does not reply to your emails. I then completed a return document for two items and emailed it on the 1st of August, since then I have sent several follow up emails, but have not yet received any reply/feedback. I have never receved such bad service from other online shops. I love my products, but the service will make me to not buy from them anymore and I will also not advice it to my friends and family.
