AWFUL after sales service from PANDORA

Today I popped in to PANDORA at Canal Walk . I have purchased many charms at this shop . I need my safety chain on my bracelet fixed . Firstly on a Friday there was one lady on duty so the wait was long . I was then told they do not do repairs but to go to WOLF Brothers who do their repairs . WOLF Brothers had no knowledge of this . I went back to PANDORA to inform them and quest they repair my bracelet . A second lady then emerged from the back of the shop and told me jewelry breaks with wear and tear , they are not a jewelry shop and do not offer a repair service. This back up service from PANDORA is unacceptable . The charms are not cheap and once bought there is no after sales service. The ladies were not in the least bit interested in helping me and I was flabbergasted when she told me they are not a jewelry store . What are they then ??? Awful awful service . Im very disappinted in them . Think twice before purcahsing anything from them . That my advice
