A sterling silver ring purchased at Pandora should not discolour or loose the cubics. I find it to be very bad quality.

I recently purchase a ring from Pandora - sterling silver ring with cubics. I wore it for a week and some of the cubics fell out and the ring discoloured!!!! I took it to the Cresta Pandora branch and showed them the ring. The lady that helped us(did not get her name) was so unhelpful and unfriendly. And she still has not come back to me about a replacement ring. There were no apologies made for the bad quality for the ring!
