A business without any service. Letting customers completely down .

I bought a few a years ago a Pandora watch. Now it’s needing a new battery and a new strap. I went to many Pandora shops in South Africa and in Belgium, my previous homeland, being there recently on holiday. In every shop I got the answer we don’t do that anymore. So not one shop gives any service at Pandora. I went to many other jewelry shops asking for help. They can’t help, because they can’t open the watch, and they don’t have the special straps needed. There they said Pandora should at least provide you one of these special straps . So at the end my watch is useless. I just have one option …. To throw it away. It’s disgusting a business without any service. They sold watches and afterwards they let the customer down . I wrote many emails to their customers service on their website . Didn’t get any reply. I will never buy any item at a Pandora shop anymore . Not reliable at all.
