4weeks and counting

Not even worth a one star rating! Im so disgusted with this brand its not even funny. Double gift was bought went back into store requested a refund was told in very straightforward no we dont do refunds they can give me a giftcard, rep**** to say im not interested in a gift card i want my money back. So manager at somerset mall branch took goods back and said they will send the request in for refund. We are on week 4 still NO REFUND, i went back in store i was told i must wait... okay so how much longer must i waif pandora this is absolute bull****. It cannot be this difficult to do a refund.
