PANDORA MUSIC FESTIVAL AND TEMPORARY EVENTS

My daughter booked a ticket for this festival in which was supposed to be held in September 2023. She added cancellation insurance when booking the ticket. The festival was moved to January 2023 but she was no longer in SA so requested a refund on the day the festival was cancelled. She tried 3 times via the link on Temporary events to apply for a refund as told how to do, no luck. She then contacted the organiser Sebastian who said he would look into the issue. This he has been doing since then despite continuous request being made by us !! This is a lot of money to loose as a student ! Be wary of this happening to you !
