Pandays reputation down the drain with bad photos

I had ordered photos last year for my late father's memorial and I have been having issues ever since with Pandays Studio in Phoenix. The 2 A4 and 10 jumbo prints were fine but the A2 photo quality is pathetic. 1st of all, the photo faded to a reddish color and it is absolutely blur quality. Their quality of a photo of this size is disgusting as this is a memento of my late father and Pandays makes it look like a joke. It is so frustrating to deal with the Phoenix branch as the lady Rani is always full of excuses and the manager refused to take my calls when I complained. The 2nd reprint is so blur and makes the image look like ****. They charged me R100 to help reprint which is BS as this was under a year of workmanship.The photo print is crackin on the sides and rough on the edges. Then I called head office and the lady Charmaine did not respond in 2 weeks until I called her today, to which she says drop it off at the Phoenix branch again!<br> <br> Its clear that Pandays reputation is down the drain as they're just a name with unreliable people working for them and their quality of prints is a nightmare to deal with. I am totally disgusted with the service and attitude of these people.
