Worse store ever panda store Southgate value mart

Worse store that I ever had to deal with bought a UPS on 15 July 2022 six months warranty took it back Saturday 08 October 2022 was told no refund no exhange as per slip but clearly state at the back with a signature 6months warranty for ups. Then the staff Violet manager no intergrty keep on saying need to be taken on for repair then run away after saying I will be back. Don't even want to talk about kgotmotso so rude do what ever you want to. Is this what they teach them in customer service. I don't want repairs done. They took it in and brought it back Sunday even worse lasted 1 hour before was 1:30 which was supposed to be a 8hour. They boss Oscar did nothing all they do is to ribb off people. I want my R4300
