Yesterday I went to Panda Store at Cresta mall looking for hot water bottle for my daughter, I couldn't see anyone and she was closest to me as I was about to leave the store and and was assisted by an amazing security lady named Thandiwe. She went an extra mile explaining and even unpacking the contents with me just to demonstrate how it works. She explained it like a professional sales person. I'm very impressed with her service.
