POOR SERVICE AND **** ITEMS

(PANDA SOUTHGATE MALL) Never buy any device from them... bought a fitness watch to gift someone, it broke within 24hrs, we had lost a receipt, but had proof of purchase from my sms and the card slip.. they couldnt help, i requested to escalate the matter to head office or something since at shop level they cant assist me, they told me i must come back after 2 days to get the number.... for me that was total disrespect
