We purchase a UPS for R4300 on the 15 July 2022 and the warranty said 6 months. This Ups was faulty instead of 4.30 hours only gave 1.30 hours. I took it back today and was told their policy for a refund is 7days how can you test such a expensive thing in seven days when it clearly state st the back 6months with a signature st the back for ups. The manager Violet did not even want to give her surname or her boss name only address as Oscar or Lenn. After being in store for hours she said I will be back and disappear no intergrty ****.. Kgotmotso was so rude gave attitude no respect do what ever you want too. Spoke to s customers also same problem they stuff are useless. All I want is a refund I had to take out a loan to make my life easier to WFH. Because of this useless product it interferes to perform my duties and get warnings from my superiors. Had to take extra money to get my work done. I WANT MY Money.
