bad service panda store hemingways mall east london!!!

bad experience! i bought a rechargable bulb from panda store in east london (hemingways mall) on 12/10/2022 & charged it when i got home , yesterday we had loadshedding and the bulb was only on for like 10min and then it went off... today i went back to the store top change it and the chinnese guy that was there refused to change because i do not have the receipt ,i showed him the statement because i bought the bulb with my credit card and he still refused to change the faulty bulb for me.
