Panda Stores Southgate Mall

On the 21th March 2023 i bought aCar USB Charger C32 for R119.99 The unit never worked on my car so four days later on the 25th March i went back to the store to return the unit as i was not happy with the purchase and the Chinese national was rude to me and he refused to refund me my money and i left the unit at the store and left with the receipt.

The store has a 3 day return policy which as to my understanding does not comply with South African law.

I need my money back
