Pancare Properties Bad Response

25 December 2015 a company vehicle (Pancare properties ) knocked into my front passenger side of my vehicle as I was about to park my car. The person responsible for the vehicle jumped out the passenger side of the vehicle (under the influence) and the girl behind the wheel only had a learners. I went to the police station to report the incident , and also contacted the company (Pancare) and spoke to the owner (Jody) who requested me to send through all necessary documentation. He also agreed that I do not need to worry about anything , even if they have to deduct from Enrico's salary they will do so. After sending him all documentation he sent an sms saying that he will forward me Enrico's ID and address , I must take it up with the person responsible for the accident and not the company. My insurance (Budget) is also not of much help. Please advise as to how I can take this matter further.
