*****ing from and *********** a dying small business

I rented four printers from Panasonic in Port Elizabeth and when my small business got into financial difficulties, I contacted their rep Viljoen by email to be released from the contract and got no response. Later I spoke to the manager who agreed to cancel same and later I was informed, he denied it and never did. They continued billing me for machines I was no longer using as my offices had closed down. I landed into the merciless hands of Ruth Swart who has been collecting from me personally with threats at every turn. Lo and behold, several payments disappeared from their statements while others are recorded at a third of what I paid via EFT.

On 8 Sept 2016, a payment of R1000 disappeared. On 26 Jan 2017, I paid R1500 which also vanished into thin air. On 1 March and 27 March, I paid R1500 each but they received R500 each, how was that possible when done by EFT from FNB ? On 2 May 2017, a payment of R1500 is not recorded. Another one of R1500 I paid on 24 June 2017 was not "received". I still need to go back to my FNB accounts to see how deep the damage by this giant supplier is. Another company that had had no payment problems when things were well would have released me from the contracts of four machines. Surely there is no human factor if you deal with Panasonic, they want to bleed you to death.

How can such a big company destroy a small dying company owner by *****ing from her in a ****************? They even had a nerve to try and sell me another "better" contract for my dead small business. For more than a year, I have been under duress to pay when they were robbing me. I am forever threatened by Ruth Swart that they will take legal action against me personally, I had no option but to continue payments.

What a shame! What a disgrace!
