Paying for a printer that does not even work

I tried to cancel a service contract on a printer that does not work anymore. The technician of Panasonic told me the printer is too old and you cannot get parts for it. Panasonic however refuse to end my service agreement until end of October 2015. So now I have to pay for a printer that does not even work. Very pathetic and arrogant. I am cancelling all my printers and fax machines with Panasonic and seek a new supplier of printers ASAP!!
