Not Sure We are....

<p>I needed repairs for my Panasonic Dimension 4 convection microwave so as we do I searched for a Panasonic service agents and found Liptronics (Lip Service Agents) an authorised Panasonic repair agent in Bellville, Cape Town. Being a Panasonic guy I wanted the repairs to be done by an authorised agent with genuine parts. But when I dropped it off the service manager was unaware that they serviced Panasonic appliances. I said *** and he then said oh yes they do. The premises had no Panasonic branding just Samsung. I paid the initial fee and was told they would report back in max 2 days. 2 WEEKS later I still hadn’t heard from them so I called all they guy said was it's the computer board, I think and so ended my wonderful experience with LIPTRONICS an authorised service agent for Panasonic. </p>
