How can you sell Devices and not Provide Proper Local Support to Customers

1 yr after purchasing my TV in 2019, it's software is no longer compatible with the Netflix app updates & no solution from Panasonic. It's a shame that a smart device with great picture is not backed up with customer support. Afterall I don't buy a TV to replace it a year later because software doesn't work. There is NO customer support in SA, Mastercare the appointed agent don't even answer the phone and Panasonic Africa lists a number in Dubai. How can you sell devices in a market with NO proper local customer support?
