Poor service

A ticket had been logged for my Defy Washing to be repaired. This was done via Makro as I have an extended warranty plan. Since December 2020 till now I have been given the run around. First the factory was closed so no spares are available. Its more than a month now , I am told that there is a 21 day turn around time. Between Defy and Panaserve who is fooling me.
