Pathetic useless service

I'm so fed up and disgusted with the lies and pathetic useless service from this people i wonder what Makro thought by outsourcing them to repair TVs and appliances that's under extended warranties, they take so ****** long with my TV every week the parts will arrive they say and today's story is the supplier will despatch the parts tomorrow but when asking for the tracking number or order number of the parts ordered they refused to give it.😡 i strongly advise against using them even if you go to them privately.
