Makrosure Panaserve

<p>I am waiting now 2 weeks for Makro and Panaserve to fix my washing machine, service from Panaserve is not on! Every time I phone they just tell me that they already told me that it take 5 to 7 days! It is the secondtime in 6 months this machine is broken, I need to wash all the washing of a family of 4 by hand everyday!</p>
