Horrible experience and service

If I could give them no stars I would do so!!!! What an unbelievable horrible experience! Does fixing a washing machine really take a month to do.....????? Empty promises as to when the washing machine will be returned, every day it is a different story! I am really very disappointed in the service. O wait maybe I can't be disappointed because there was NO service given!!!!
