Panarottis Village Mall

We visited Panarottis Village Mall on 3 December 2025 after my son’s awards ceremony, hoping for a great family celebration. Sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing:

1. Uncomfortable Environment: The restaurant was unbearably hot with no proper ventilation. We left smelling like pizza because of the poor airflow. A mobile air-conditioner was brought in, but it didn’t help at all.

2. Milkshake Disaster: All our milkshakes were served warm and tasted like melted ice cream. When we complained, the manager insisted that’s “how they make them.” This was shocking, especially since we’ve had better milkshakes at other Panarottis locations.

3. Strawberry Daiquiri Fail: My Strawberry Daiquiri was not slushy or frozen as expected, had no noticeable alcohol, and even contained ice cubes.

4. Cold Pizza: To top it off, our pizza arrived cold.

This was meant to be a joyful family outing, but everything—from the food to the drinks—was a flop. The manager’s arrogant attitude when we raised these issues made things worse. We will not be returning to Panarottis Village Mall.
