Panarotis Village Mall

We went to the restaurant on the 14th February, it was quite busy, of which we knew that there would be some delays but not a delay of an 1h30 mins! We recieved our drink, which was w weak and was made in the opposite restaurant, the cooler came to our table and it was not diluted as per norm. Fine, we didn’t say anything, trying to understand the fact that it was busy! We waited for our pizza until it was late and time for us to leave, we were told it would take 20-25mins! We ended up taking it for take away and ate in the car! My son ordered a design ur own pizza, received it in a wet board! Full of flour everywhere. By the time we ate the pizza was raw! It had a pizza ontop of a pizza! It was a mess! We didn’t get all 3 condiments we were told it was finish! We didn’t get enough wipes we were told it was finished! We were served in short skirts! We had no sauces placed on our table!
