Panarottis North Cape Mall

Tonight I had the worst service at Panarottis in Kimberley at the North Cape Mall. The manger put 3 of us at a table for 2 with the intention of moving us once a bigger table opens. This however did not happen. He continued to place people at every open table that were on the list after us and did not accommodate us are all. My waiter then told my table to move to a bigger table once the previous customers leave. We did this and to our surprise the manger came shouting at us that we may not move here, we cannot move as we please ( after our waiter gave us permission). We then move back to our old table after being treated like children. Upon doing so we forgot our menus at the table and as our waiter tries to bring them to us the manger starts shouting at her to leave the menu's it's for the reserved table, even though she's trying to explain that it's our menu's.

Two female waiters came to apologise for what had just happened and said that they would go and speak to the female manager about this matter. They both complained about the white male manger treatment towards them, how rude he is, how he handles matters(mentioning this so that you can know who he is if you go there one day). They also said that he was spoken to about his rudeness the pervious day but nothing had changed Our table was right by the kitchen and I heard how he shouted at these two waiters dropping f* bombs as if he was Gordan Ramsey. We were never moved or considered as promised. He then hastes the waiter to hurry with another order instead of ours because and I quote "Its for friend of mine". Needless to say that this friends we placed at the table that we were chased away from after our waiter said we can move. They argued back and forth on the fact the the table is not reserved and he insisted it was. Other customers then got involved saying that he is wrong and they should then put up reserved signs and he then started speaking to them . Ive never experienced anything like this. And I feel so sad because we had the best waiter with the kindest heart, but wow, what a manger.
