Panarottis Mall of the North horrible experience

Terrible! Milkshakes cream was sour. Waited 40 minutes just for drinks and then all of a sudden had a new waiter juts pitch up. Food took.so long that we had to call someone else to check and then pizzas came but were all cold. We did not receive the condiments and had to ask for it and they said that they did have parmesan. We spend R1400 on this evening and was interuppted with the birthday song atleast 6 times in 2 hours, that was so loud that we could speak to.each other. After every song there was a problem with the sound and it went very loud and then normal a few times. This evening cost us around R1600, and I will not go to this restaurant ever again. If it wasn't for the kids who wanted to stay, I would have left after the first incident with the milkshakes.
