Hi there So our waiter was excellent and his service was great. Unfortunately we did not experience the same excellent service from the manager (Clayton). We were unhappy with the fact that there was no parmesan cheese served with our pizza and were told that it is finished. We asked to speak to the manager to hear what he could do to get stock but after walking past us 3 times and ignoring us flat, after the waiter called him numerous occasions to speak to us he ignored us. Fortunately Lukas was very helpful and informed us that they received stock and brought It to us. We expected the manager to atleast talk to us and inform us that he has ordered and it was on the way but not even eye contact was made and he was on his phone the whole time. In my experience of being a restaurant manager you have to deal with customers and be there to listen to their complaints etc. He is definitely NOT manager material. Very disappointed. I just feel sorry for the waiters that have to deal and answer for the managers rudeness.
