Messed-up service

I came to the restaurant twice today to collect my order. I stood at the counter for about five minutes and was not assisted then I left to run other errands. I came back again, stood at the counter and I did not get assistance. Ended sitting on the seat in front of the counter. 3 staff members passed me without greeting or asking if I have been assisted. A lady came from the back to come ask me if I have been assisted and finally got my order. While waiting at the seat, two white couples came in and got assistance immediately while I was waiting there and no one looked in my direction. Really hard being a black woman in South Africa. No one cares.
