Highly disappointed in Panarottis

Wow! That's the first thought that comes to mind! And this is not a good wow by the way, but a wow that's mind blown and highly disappointed! I went to Panarottis Pizza in Clearwater to order TAKEAWAY pizza, emphasis on Takeaway not sit in. Something that is meant to be a convenience became an inconvenience of all proportions! I waited for more than an hour for my order, with no communication from anyone with regards to why my order was taking long. People who even ordered after me, managed to get their orders before me, a person who ordered only one item. I finally received my order after an hour when I asked to speak to the manager being frustrated and over it just wanting my refund to go elsewhere. Only then did she explain that the fault was on their side by making the wrong order. What I don't understand is why there was no communication in the first place. I'm so disappointed! Having to wait for more than an hour and no communication, is not on! No I'm very very disappointed in Panarottis!
