Poor service

We recently celebrated my son’s 12th birthday at Panarottis Blue Route. While he did receive the complimentary birthday meal, the experience felt quite underwhelming compared to previous visits.

In the past, staff would make an effort to acknowledge birthdays—something as simple as singing or creating a bit of excitement for the child. Unfortunately, this time there was no attempt to make the occasion feel special.

To add to the disappointment, as we were leaving, the waitress ran after us to hand my son his ice cream, which made it feel like an afterthought rather than part of a celebration.

We’ve always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience stood out. I hope the team can bring back those small touches that make birthdays memorable for kids.
