UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE HOST AND FRONT OF HOUSE

I am a regular at Panama Jacks and the past few months a very rude afrikaans male has been working at front of house/ guy that does the bookings. He has no respect for the customers and treats them as if he is doing them a favour by going there. The food is good and service ok, but this guy clearly hates his job and shouting at customers is very rude and inappropriate.
