Unacceptable behaviour

We had bought a wikideal voucher and valled to make a reservation for 16 August. The guy whom i spoke to was pleasant even when i called back to say im running a bit late.Upon our arrival it was like we're at the wrong place people looked at us and didn't bother to walk over to seat us until I started moving around. Eventually Tracy came after we'd been seated.The biggest mistake i made was to not print my voucher and asked to email it. She gave us a mouthfull like were kids and walked all the way to bar threw whatever she had on the side table and scolded at the other lady and the whole time that happened. Our friends came and they were seated at a nearby table they got the smiles the friendliest service while we had an absent waitress.Our food came an hour later with a sloppy excuse. We weren't asked of we wanted anything in the meantime beside the coffee that i ordered which only got cleared after i asked. we had to ask for salt and pepper and the missing sauces as we noticed the table next to us had it. although the food redeemed them. Her ****ty attitude was unacceptable. The she added a service fee underservingly i would say. Yes id go again but wont want her service.
