Bad Service

I bought a wikideals voucher for a seafood platter at Panama Jacks.On Mon 3 Aug I called in to make a reservation for Fri 7 Aug.The first lady I spoke to had no idea what voucher I was referring to and while I was on the line, was shouting in my ear to a colleague asking questions. She rudely cut me off and someone else came onto the phone, who also had no clue about the vouchers.Eventually they just made my reservation.But when I called them the Friday to confirm my booking, there was no record of it.The 2people I spoke to Mon, who said they made my booking.. didn't. <br> I eventually went Fri evening, and although the food is absolutely awesome, the service was just terrible.After being seated, we were kind of just forgotten about, and had to keep getting up to go and call a waiter ourselves to get assistance. Then at the end of the night, when wanting to pay, we were made to wait almost an hour because the card machine was offline apparently due to the 'aeroplane waves' affecting the signal. <br> This is not acceptable... Panama Jacks is a well known restuarant frequented by international guests, and the level of service received is appalling. I am very disappointed
