Poor customer care.

I signed a lease agreement with Paluma Developments and was alerted that the unit was not available anymore. When I paid the deposit I hadn't seen that the unit was no longer available. Since the 13th of December till today no one is available in their office to answer calls or respond to emails. I can't even reverse the payment because my bank cannot get hold of Paluma Developments. I just want my money back.
