Pathetic customer service

I received the worst service ever, after purchasing 2 cakes from them the 2nd one was off on the day of my party needless to say I was very embarrassed as I could not even share the birthday cake with the guest, I called them the next day and some1 said bring it in the cake was put straight away into the fridge on Saturday night itself due 2 unforseen circumstances I was not able to take the cake back on that Sunday but surely if the cake was in the fridge it was fine rifgt? Or so I thought only to finally get the cake to them and for 5 of them meaning staff onwer and owner son ganged up on me on indirectly called me a ****, I was angry frustrated that these ppl who were supposed 2 provide a service which u paid for insisted that the spong part of the cake was not off which was we're my initial complaint was about, they stood there and made me to be **** and a cheat and even after telling them I don't want my money back but that they need to know that they gave me something that we cannot consume they made it a point to eat pieces of the cake in front of me and humiliate me as an ongoing supporter of their local business. I will never in all my days go back to them for their poor horrible pathetic customer service and strongly advise others to be weary of these ppl. Regards very unsatisfied customer
