Wrong item received, not able to contact them

The item I received was not the item depicted in the items sale page. I reached out asking for them to rectify the situation and was told that they would get right on it, but they then ninja-dusted me and I haven't been able to get a hold of them since.

I have tried contacting them by their website, their email and their phone number. They have ignored everything. Their phone is an automated response that asks you to press certain numbers to get to certain things like self service or get connected direct to an operator, but it doesn't work! The buttons don't do anything and the same message just plays over and over again.

I ended up spending R300 on something I didn't order. I would go as far as to say this company is a ****, whether intentional or not. Do not waste your time and money here.
