Pampers pull ups just keep breaking

I have always been a Pampers Fan. 3 children and every one has used only Pampers. Over the last couple months have noticed that when you put the pull up nappies on, that on occasion the one side literally just breaks as soon as you touch it to pull up. I left it because these things happen. But this last box I bought, the first pack, I had 12 break on me when putting her nappy on. 2nd pack, another 8 have broken. This is unacceptable. We pay alot of money for nappies and to have 20 of the box just break is pathetic.
