Pampers do not care about customer reviews or feedback.

Worst brand ever, they do not care for their customers. We have been using them for the last 13 months and no problems. The last month I have bought a big box and all the diapers material at the back were rougher then it usually were and it started giving my son a rash from the constant scratching. This was brought to Pampers attention via email and photos attached but they lacked a sense of urgency and frankly did not even tried to help. Diapers are expensive I cant just go and buy other nappies. Wil never use them again and will discourage anyone from using them ever.
