Terrible terrible

Worst place ever to get a massage! My friend and I had a 16h00 appointment for spa treatments yesterday 01 June 2019, upon arrival there was no one at reception, then when we do get attended to we get diluted juice and hot chocolate that looked like murky water. No slippers were offered, neither were we told to bring them along, oh we also didn't get a reminder of appointment as most businesses would do. We anticipated that our aches would be gone by the time we left, lol funny thing is it felt like nothing happened we may as well have had ****tails with the R500 we spent there!! The massage beds aren't proper which leaves your neck in more of a painful state then when you first arrived!! I know we were the last clients to leave but for them to switch off the lights before we are even out the door and to hear the owner or manager bark orders to switch off the lights while we are still on the premises was the nail in the coffin! I would Not recommend that place ever
