I bought a voucher before the initial lockdown which i was assured validity as the Spa was closed. When the president opened i then called Pamperhauz Spa to set up a date with them to celebrate my birthday. First forward to the day before my booking to confirm my appointment i was then told all appointments were cancelled as they changed venues. i was never contacted for cancellation. I then asked to be refunded my money and the owner Samantha Schroeder kept ignoring me until i posted on facebook about their treatment and more people commented saying they were also *****ed. She promised me a refund but up till this day i have not received it and she is quite.
