Bad customer service

Hi me and my friends bought 4 spa vouchers in the beginning if march,we where booked for month end unfortunately it was the time we had to go on lock down we couldn't go,we where promised that once they re-open they will give us another date,but since May they have been giving us a run around to give us another date until last week they gave us a date for 2morrow but this morning they canceled again..this is for unfair and bad customer service we really nt happy about this.
