Not so great.

Hi used Pamper Partys for my daughters 7th birthday, we had 10 girls and decided it would be nice to spend a bit of money to get a really nice party, so we booked the Day Spa package. What the pictures on the website look like and what you get are not the same, the foot bath full of beads in the treatment was a few lonely beads in mostly water. The gift baskets were pitiful, not even labeled as in the pictures on their website, so no party label going around the outside of the basket and some sharp manicure sets that are not suitable for small girls and a cheap body wash and some Chinese shop make-up. The the****** didn't engage with the girls and instead were quite and withdrawn. The jacuzzi was a total waste of money as they arrived 40 minutes late and then requested a hot water supply which we didn't know about. My daughter enjoyed spending the time with her friends and I appreciate its a tough job getting from party to party and getting everything set up but we booked a month in advance so we could have been given a bit more time to set up the party table which was included in our party package but because they arrived late the jacuzzi lady was supposed to set up for us and this would have ruined our party had we not organised our own. 5 out of 10 from me.
