Money drawn from a company called Covina

Yesterday on Facebook Temu came up & it read free gift if your birthday is in April.I went in was asked 5 questions about Temu which I answered a wheel came up on the screen it spun was told I quilt for the free gift must pay R36 for the courier was asked my del add email then ot asked for payment of the R36 went into my account They had drawn R155 from my account.contacted hello Peter immediately then a company came up to chat with a consultant the company was just answer explained to the consultant what just happened & the amount taken out my account The consultant then on the chat asked if I would like to speak eith a consultant or chat with a consultant, I asked to rather speak to a consultant than chat.The consultant then on the chat said I will have to pay 15 to have someone speak to me I had to fill in my details my address country zip code email cell no then it showed the last 4 digits of my bank card requesting my cv no & expiry date which I did ,I checked R599 was drawn from my account & the R15 I was told was to speak to a consultant on the phone I never got to speak to consultant because the system kept saying my phone no does not exist, I never spoke to a single person telephonically or even chatted with any consultant concerning anything else. I have been to my bank to open a case.
