No customer service

Sadly a good product but a useless company. I have recently bought sachets of wet food for my cat. Often you will find swollen packets and even rotten food in a box of 12 sachets. Sent emails, phoned and used social media to contact the company. No feedback from them. Obviously poor quality control and no customer service.
