Worst Spa Experience Ever!

My partner and I had a severely disappointing spa experience at Pamensky Spa, Hartebee****rt on 04/01/2025, despite purchasing a voucher through Hyperli for the 4-hour spa package.

These were the key issues we faced: * Unsanitary conditions: Damp bedding, worn-out gowns and towels. * Lack of amenities: No slippers available for hire, due to no stock, forcing guests to walk barefoot on uneven ground and wet grass. * Poor communication and unprofessionalism: Lack of clear instructions and guidance throughout the experience. There was also no communication that lunch would be provided so we had no opportunity to pre-arrange a vegetarian option since both options provided were non-veg. * Disruptions during the massage: Smoke from a fire used to heat the hot tub infiltrated the massage room since the hot tub was being prepared in the same room where the massages occurred. You can see fire whilst being massaged! Also, the hot tub only seemed big enough for 1 person. (We booked and paid for this on arrival in addition to the voucher purchased).

Overall dissatisfaction: We ultimately left early, forfeiting the hot tub usage and fees paid, due to the negative experience. Despite good massages, I strongly emphasize the unacceptable level of service and the significant impact it had on our spa day. I would most certainly never book at this spa again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone, since it is a waste of hard-earned money. I strongly recommend that Hyperli remove this establishment from their website to save its good reputation, and other consumers from the same horrible experience.
